At Payko we were aiming to build an AI that was as powerful as 10.000 real estate brokers.
We want to be able to price a real estate in under 30 seconds using AI. We wanted to be able to buy these real estates depending on the pricing given by AI.
We created 75000 AI assistants to answer the questions real estate investors might have and we made them public so that other users can benefit from them.
We created 75000 pages with explanatory texts in them -as if they were written by brokers-.
As we were near selling our first home, Capital Markets Board of Turkey asked us to end the project and we had to abruptly close shop.
