At Kivi Video we were focusing on creating a video-hub for companies of all sizes. When HR needs a video they can directly send the video, when marketing wants to embed a video as GIF in an email campaign, they can do so. When sales wants to explain something in a succint manner to someone, they can use Kivi Video.
We hit a cultural barrier. Although foreign versions are wildly successful, Turkish people don't want to speak in front of a video recording and send it out to masses.
We reached out to ~3000 people over Linkedin using an automation using multiple accounts but we managed to sell only once, for a single month. We ended up closing up shop.
